This Privacy Notice for Logiciels Inbloom ("we," "us," or "our") describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") your personal information when you use BloomBattle at https://inbloombattle.com ("Services").
This notice does not cover inbloomsound.com or inbl.link. Those are other services from the same company. inbl.link has its own policy at inbl.link/legal/privacy.

What personal information do we process? Account identifiers from Discord sign-in, the username you pick here, optional Twitch link, battle audio you upload, and Twitch chat votes associated with a Twitch user id when you vote in chat.
Do we process sensitive personal information? We do not process sensitive personal information.
Do we collect information from third parties? Yes — Clerk (sign-in), Discord (identity used to sign in), and optionally Twitch (profile link). Twitch also delivers chat messages that include votes.
How do we process your information? To run battles, authenticate you, store and play uploads, tally chat votes, show ranked history, communicate about the Services, for security, and to comply with law.
Personal information you disclose to us may include: username; Discord id and Discord username; optional Twitch id and Twitch username; email address if Discord/Clerk provides one (email is not a sign-in or recovery method on this Site); profile image; battle audio and related metadata; and the legal version you accepted.
Social login. Sign-in is Discord only, via Clerk. We receive profile information Discord and Clerk make available (typically id, username, and avatar). We do not offer Google or email/password sign-in.
Twitch chat votes. If you type a vote in the configured Twitch channel, we store the vote, Twitch user id, and display name so the host and overlays can tally. Unlinked viewers still count. This is not a shop mailing list.
We do not collect payment card information. This Site does not sell sample packs or process Polar payments.
We process personal information to:
• Create and authenticate accounts (Clerk + Discord).
• Let contestants upload and replace battle audio and hosts run shows.
• Optionally link Twitch on the profile.
• Record Twitch chat votes and crowd ratings for live events.
• Show public archive, leaderboard, and profiles after events complete.
• Enforce these legal terms and keep a record of acceptance.
• Protect the Services against abuse and comply with law.
If you are in the EU or UK we may rely on: consent; performance of a contract (running your account and uploads); legitimate interests (security, running public battles, chat vote tallies); legal obligations; and vital interests where applicable. If you are in Canada we rely on your consent (including implied consent where the law allows) and the exceptions Quebec and federal law provide.
Authentication. Clerk processes Discord sign-in.
Hosting and files. Railway hosts the API and database. Cloudflare R2 stores audio and images. These providers process information on our behalf and only on our instructions.
Twitch. The public site and host desk may embed Twitch player and chat. Votes are read from IRC by our worker and stored on our API.
Business transfers. We may share information in connection with a merger, sale, or financing.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
We use cookies needed to keep you signed in (Clerk) and to deliver the Site (Cloudflare). See our Cookie Policy.
Discord is how you register. Optional Twitch is a profile link, not a sign-in method. We use the information we receive only for the purposes in this notice. We do not control Discord, Twitch, or Clerk’s own use of your information.
Our servers are located in the United States. If you live in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, or Quebec, those countries may not have the same data protection laws as your own. We use contractual and legal safeguards for those transfers.
We keep account and battle records as long as needed to operate the archive and ranked history, unless a longer period is required by law. Battle audio is stored permanently for replay. When we no longer have a legitimate need to process information, we delete or anonymize it, or isolate it until deletion is possible.
We use organizational and technical measures designed to protect personal information. No electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact [email protected].
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. Email [email protected]. We will not discriminate against you for exercising those rights.
We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. We do not run advertising pixels on this Site.
Residents of certain US states may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal data, and to opt out of sale or targeted advertising. We do not sell or share personal information for those purposes. Email [email protected].
We may update this notice. The updated version is indicated by the "Last updated" date. When the legal version on this Site changes, we will ask signed-in users to accept again before they participate or host.
